Over the last ten years, I’ve pioneered 2 global diversity-focussed platforms whilst building our family of 5. In 2023 my second co-founded business was acquired.

Yes, I joined the 0.5% of female founders globally to have sold their company. I could write a book about it…so I am! I now support purpose-driven founders in growing their impact and companies to progress their DEI approaches.

Here’s what I bring

I turned my passion into profitable purpose, scaling and changing the game in the diversity space over ten years before exiting my last business in 2023.

I gained multiple awards, pioneered inclusive recruitment, worked with the UN, raised $$$ to scale and built an online community of 80k+.

But breaking new ground as a female tech founder with a young family in an emerging space wasn’t always easy.

Using everything I mastered I now help purpose-driven founders to build conscious businesses and bigger corporate clients to progress and improve their DEI approaches.

I bring a balanced, communications-driven, commercially savvy approach to my work with a frank, intuitive voice and a meaningful professional network.

Coming from a broadcast background in BBC radio, speaking presenting and podcasting have taken me all over the world. Purpose in business, DEI, ethical AI and inclusive recruitment are just some of my keynote topics for clients like APSCo, CIPD, Zain Group, the SIA and The Access Group.

I open up five slots to busy purpose-driven founders every month to help achieve business clarity and progress without the stress. I love to focus on solutions in the HR, people and DEI space. Since selling my second business to The Access Group and building two companies from scratch, I now use my ten years’ of global DEI business experience to strategically advise, teach and speak on advancing DEI in business, communications and sales, with a focus on larger corporates and recruitment.

Connecting passion with purpose to achieve a profitable outcome whilst growing a family wasn’t easy.

I faced a lot of challenges. But learnt a lot, too.

So I’m now writing my first book “The Purposeful Founder’s Handbook” - a clear 9 step roadmap for founders with big vision building businesses in the purpose-driven space.

My goal is simple: helping other founders leverage their purpose and avoid the potholes I fell into along the way!
